Raiders fans prepare to set up for Draft Day at Ricky's
Every year the Steering Committee hosts a blow out Draft Day Party. For some, it signals the beginning of the beginning of the football season. The energy is high and Raiders fans look forward to the start of an exciting new season.
The Draft Day party is held at Ricky’s Sports Theatre in San Leandro.

Come one, come all and bring your family and friends.
Join other Raider fans in this exciting day.
There will be food, a raffle, memento for the event, door prizes and a DJ to play play your favorites! Your choice of steak or chicken and all the trimmings.
Time: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Place: Ricky’s Sports Theatre and Grill

Cost: $25.00 Adult $15 Children(6 -12) Children Under 6 Free
Includes all of the above
Food: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
DJ: 11: 00 AM – 4:30 PM

There will be past & present Raiders throughout the day for pictures and autographs. Advance reservations indicating choice of steak or chicken along with payment need to be received by April 14th. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card (via PayPal) to Sactown Original Raider Boosters.
There will be a limit of 500 people who can attend this event. Tickets must be purchased through an officially recognized Raider Booster Club. There are no ticket sales at the door. Of note, the Draft Day party is starting later this year. The “official” party will extend into early evening, with the “after” parties going on beyond that.
As always, the Sactown Boosters haS a large group in attendance every year. It was great to celebrate the Darren McFadden (and other) picks with old and new Raider friends. Later, many of the Sactown group joined other fans from northern and central California and trekked into the City on BART for a fun evening of dinner, drinks and great stories to tell. So you don’t want to miss out on the fun this year!
For those wishing to stay overnight, the Steering Committee has arranged for a special $85/night rate at the Hilton Garden Inn that includes a full free breakfast. Make your room reservations directly with the hotel and ask for the “Steering Committee rate.”
